The 1753 Viognier exhibits a terrific bouquet of honeysuckle, orange marmalade, peaches, and tropical fruits. Medium-bodied and filled with fruit yet structured, with good underlying acidity to provide freshness and focus.
Ayres Vineyard Pinot Noir Willamette Valley, ’12
Oregon – $26.50
Fresh red berries, some strawberry notes, and some tart citrus element. Purple color and aromas of blackberry and has flavours of cherry. Light, with good acidity.
Zaca Mesa Syrah Santa Ynez Valley, ’09

The 2009 Syrah displays deep blackberry, cassis, smoked meat, pepper and our signature sage spice. The silky finish lingers from the ripe tannins with a touch of smoky oak.
Matetic Corralillo Winemaker’s Blend, ’11
Chile – $21.50
Cabernet, Syrah, Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. Each of the four grape varieties in the wine contribute different taste characteristics – the Syrah lends spice, as well as violets and damp soil; the Malbec adds floral and berry notes while the Cabernet Franc offers structure and tannins. The wood is perfectly integrated, contributing notes of chocolate and vanilla, topped off by a long-lasting, elegant and complex finish.

Blackberry aromas mix with cherry, plums, menthol, white pepper and a touch of meaty black olives and oregano. A touch of cedar box from the oak aging adds to the complexity. With flavors of plums, cherries and boysenberries with a smoky char to balance the fruit. A sweet fruit entry digs deep on berry flavors and finishes smooth and bold with a long, long lingering finish.
